BetterHelp has a variety of webinars on many topics for mental health. My therapist is wonderful and has helped me with many of the issues I have brought up in sessions. I love that I can journal and send it directly to my therapist - I can also choose not to send it and keep it more personal for myself. So far, my experience has been nothing but wonderful. The only issue we had was the audio not working for the video chat, but it wasn't an issue because we could still do a phone call.
