The journal and prompts given for the journal truly help in being able to get feeling out, and allows for when situations come up to be able to write them down and send to the therapist for discussion. Betterhelp was amazing for me. I decided to sign up for therapy once I finally figured I had gotten to the right point for healing. Once I inputted my preferences for styles/type of therapist I'd prefer, I was matched within an hour to somebody. I stuck with that same therapist for four months because they were the perfect match for me. I do wish that there was a bit more flexibility in prices but I am just grateful I had the opportunity to heal from the comfort of my home.
