I love BetterHelp, I have been in and out of therapy for over 10 years and haven't had anything life changing as this. I have been using BetterHelp over 2 months, the communication is unbelievable, quick and I can connect with my therapist any time of the day. My therapist right now is great, he does really well understanding where I am coming from and wants to do what works best for me and how to make my overwhelming stress reduced.

My Better help experience. I have always known talking to a therapist would benefit me and my growth in myself, but I was always too scared to go. The times I thought about making an appointment or finding someone to talk felt time consuming. Better help makes it easy; you can find the right Therapist and decide if you want a call, chat or live video to have your meeting you can also be anywhere you wish, not stuck to having to drive to an office, wait for your appointment then sit down. You can be home driving to work "blue tooth talk" or sitting on the beach! I have really enjoyed my sessions and always look forward to my next meeting.

I reached out to Better Help through my employer's EAP program. I lost my husband of 15 years to a sudden illness. They were able to connect me with a therapist who is caring and knowledgeable. My therapist provides me with resources to help me with my grief, anxiety, and stress. It has been a tremendous help for me.

Great experience

I was drawn to the online format and it turned out better than I hoped. Past therapy experiences required that I put on my "public mask" just to get to the appointment. I was polite to the receptionist and others and it would take a while to dismantle my protective walls for the therapist. Especially when I knew I would need them again in less than hour for the way home. With BetterHelp I can meet with the therapist without jumping through the hoops of social interaction first. Also I'm encouraged to keep a journal and can choose whether or not to share each entry. By sharing these, or just writing messages directly in the program, my therapist can learn more about my daily life situations, my thoughts and feelings, and can be better prepared to know what we need to work on in session. These are just a few of the helpful resources available. Now, are there any drawbacks? Sure, there can be technical difficulties, on the therapist's end, on my end, or somewhere in the middle. But the convenience of not fighting traffic on the way there, of being comfortable in my own home, etc. makes it more than worth it.

Betterhelp has been a great resource and tool for me during these struggling times. The counselors are very respectful and professional and the focus will always be on you, and your growth. I'm very pleased with the platform.

Better help has been a blessing for me, I started Better help when my Fiance walked out on me out of no where, I knew I had serious mental issues but until that moment I had no idea how bad they really were. My therapist, from day 1, helped me get to the bottom of my mental health issues. He was able to show me where my issues were and I have been able to really work on them. I truly do like working with this therapist, as well as the ease of the platform Better help provides us.
