Hi Pauline, Apologies for any ongoing frustration. Per our response to your last review, it's not a matter of not taking the steps to try and process refunds, but rather the bank or payment processor not allowing refunds due to the payments not settling (usually due to an open investigation regarding a dispute). If you never entered payment information to activate your account/membership with us but were still charged, that likely means there is a separate account that was opened using your card to activate it. This is why in these cases our team would recommend seeing out the dispute process with your bank, especially if there is a "hold" on the funds in place by them. I hope this helps, and we're sorry again for any frustration you've experienced throughout this process thus far.

Hi Selwyn, We do not share and have never shared with advertisers, publishers, social media platforms, or any other similar third parties, private information such as members' names or clinical data from therapy sessions. In addition, we do not receive and have never received any payment from any third party for any kind of information about any of our members. The settlement, which was not an admission of wrongdoing, has allowed us to continue to focus on our mission to help millions of people around the world to get access to quality therapy.

While your account is active, you will continue to be billed until you have canceled as we are a membership based service. That said, you are able to cancel at anytime.
