Although therapy can feel very daunting, BetterHelp came recommended to me and with good reason. The beginning worked almost like a dating profile in that it helped to get to the bottom of why you were wanting assistance and to match you with someone whose skill set was within your needs. I have to say I was very impressed by the sites ability to match someone to what I wanted AND their understanding of some circumstances (such as finances being impacted by COVID) that made utilizing the site and services that much easier. Excellent therapist! In just 3 hours of sessions so far, she has literally succeeded with helping me come out to a great extent from the gravest of my problems that I've been dealing with for the past 8 years! I am so infinitely glad to have got her as my therapist. I think I am really lucky. I'll say the results also depend a lot on the patient as to what worth they want to make out of their time and money. It is really important to "ACT" on the things she guides you to doing between sessions, so it is a two- way street really. As for me, I do my homework very sincerely and try to write my organised list of problems to her well in advance so that everything stays organised during the session. This way, she is able to understand me properly and help me the best way possible. Opening up to her without fear of judgment helped me immensely! Trust me, she truly has magical powers of making you immediately feel a soothing effect on even the worst of wounds just through the way she puts forward things with her perfect choice of words! I take notes on almost everything and go through it plenty of times after each session to keep giving myself reminders. She is highly skilled and knows exactly what will help me. Amazing work really! Hi everyone! I know life is tough. Heck I bet whatever you’re going through you may be having a tough time as well and I understand that. But don’t be afraid to get the professional help you feel that you need no matter what anybody says. We’re all going through a storm in the ocean that will eventually become a bright sunny day at sea. Please remember that you’re loved and that you really do matter. So don’t be afraid in taking that step and seeing a therapist because you deserve to be happy!! Through my experience on betterhelp it took me a while to find a good therapist but thats the cool part is that you can choose you’re own therapist. I’ve finally settled on a good therapist and if I can do it SO CAN YOU!!!!
