I lost my mom to cancer, and was looking for a grief counselor. I met with a local person and was disappointed. I took a chance on Better Help and they matched me to the perfect therapist, Diana Glasser. She has been just wonderful. She approaches things in a scientific way, but remains so incredibly supportive, kind and helpful. Always available, and keeps in touch constantly. Not sure I could have (and still) navigated this without her. I couldn't behabppier with her.

BetterHelp has been a good resource for me as I’m struggling. It is easy and quick. Of course, anxiety always comes with talking and exploring your feelings and struggles but BetterHelp offers ways to make you feel comfortable doing so. There many options to modify communication and self reflection to fit all type of people.

For me counseling has always been an issue, growing up in a home life where my father's rules were life and what he said went. Trying to get into a counselor or having anybody know how I felt or what was going on was very hard. I feel that many of them tried to believe what was going on but you couldn't get it. Having better help and having Catherine as my counselor is really helping me to understand that I am getting better with my life and I'm in a much stable environment than what I thought I was. Having said that to me having the online help is a lot better for me I work a lot primarily at night so being able to get into a counselor would have been a struggle. This helps me out in a lot of ways I love the fact I get the help and when I get the help I it is there I am not been disappointed so far so I am very grateful.

BetterHelp has made therapy more accessible and affordable for me. With insurance, I used to pay $60-100 just for a session of in-person therapy..not to mention finding the time before work to drive to the office which was around 40 mins away. I’ve been in therapy for around 10 years so learned plenty along the way with what was necessary in each season of life. BetterHelp has a selection of therapists to choose from in case the first match doesn’t work in meeting your goals of improvement. The therapist I currently have is remarkable by providing book suggestions, weekly goals, responding to my journal entries, having time frames that work with my schedule to schedule phone call sessions when needed.

I was introduced to WellConnect through the Graduate school I am attending ( Western Governor’s University ) I had my first session last night and the woman they set me up with has been great, both listening to me and responding to my questions and concerns quickly. I encourage anyone who is feeling a little stressed or just looking to get some things off their chest to give it a shot! You won’t be disappointed for taking a step toward a more positive state of mind.

This app and their counselors are amazing. I was going through a really rough time and I felt so alone. My anxiety was through the roof and going into an office and talking to somebody was just not an option. Through the questions I got matched with Sharon Woodard as my counselor. She is absolutely amazing she excepted me for who I was and help me grow. My spirituality is very important to me and Sharon help me incorporate that into my therapy and prayed with me. Doing this virtually and journaling help me complete my therapy faster and grow faster than I ever thought possible.

This app is more efficient than people can imagine, it’s really the beginning of a new way of operating.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this. My counselor is real and has provided me with strategies to begin my healing process.
