Better Help has done wonders in helping me find a good therapist. David listens to me and gives me real world advice to help with my mental growth and stability.

I know a lot of people have had so called "bad" experiences with betterhelp because they didn't particularly enjoy their therapist, but I say don't quit or give up so quickly. I went through about 5 people in the short span of like a few days until I found my current therapist and I love her! She has been so encouraging. Her technique is incredible because she asks questions that lead me to my own answer rather than answering them for me. She has helped me challenge myself and has helped me in my healing process of many hurts from my past. As a university student that doesn't have income coming in, betterhelp helped me with a payment plan and discount. I always knew that i needed to go to therapy and i am so content with the fact that i finally chose to do it and with betterhelp since I don't have a car, and can meet with my therapist from home. I would just say do not hesitate to try and switch therapists if you are not content with the one you are speaking with. I am certain you will find the one that fits you best with a few trials and errors!

BetterHelp was recommended to me by a friend and at first I was unsure about it, as I had only ever seen my therapists in person. The first session I ever had with my therapist I clicked with him immediately. The cost is what stands above everything. The fact that BetterHelp is a less expensive option was the only reason I was able to get help. I have always been against therapy solely because i did not want to physically go. Then i was gifted a subscription to BetterHelp by my best friend and the rest is history!!! I have access to it 24/7!! I have a place to start journaling, and there are a lot of very helpful groupinars that come with the subscription. I recommend BetterHelp to people who truly want to heal themselves and are willing to put in the work to do so, BetterHelp is a great tool for that. Thank you BetterHelp :)!

I sought out Betterment for remote help with severe post trauma issues I was having. I very quickly found a therapist with that specialization and now meet with her twice a month. One has the option to meet by video or by phone, scheduling or rescheduling is easy, and one will be given the option to select from a number of therapists and see their profiles. I’ve been meeting with Susan Frambes who has been a God send to me from the very beginning. She is a gifted active listener and so inspirational in her questioning and suggestions to help me move forward. I highly recommend both Susan and Betterment.

Better Help ads came a few years ago in my instagram ads just in the right time and the right place. I was in a desperate need for help and I didn't know where to go, but Better Help gave me hope, so I tried it. And I have been in this apps for probably 3 years now. It has helped me a lot , dealing with life and all my problems and of course my toxic family. It doesn't solve everything, but I have someone that listen to me and understand me with an objective and emotional view. I know in this world, there are a lot of people that needed help, but they are scared to try to get help because afraid that society will judge them or religious reason or other believe or even because of not having the fund to ask for help. But better help is an online apps, and no one will ever find out that you come to physchiatrist and it also even offered financial aid for people that only has limited fund. I hope better help can help more people around the world and so more people can be save, like me. And since mental health is more open now, I think you should try giving the apps feature with another language and more diverse counselor that can speak another language too. In this chaotic world, there is still a dim of light for people who are looking for it.
