Overall, I've had a really good experience with Better Help. I was frustrated at the beginning at the cost but, once I discovered their financial assistance program, it was extremely helpful!

My first therapist wasn’t a great fit for me but I was able to switch therapists with ease through the app. I have connected well with my new therapist and really feel heard. I love the convenience of having it all on the app and being able to have virtual sessions. I also like that we can message our therapists outside of scheduled sessions and they actually respond!

My GP recommended BetterHelp. I didn't think I would like online therapy, but it has helped me tremendously. Maybe this is what was meant for me instead of in-person. Although you can change therapists any time you want, the first one they paired me with is just who I needed! She listens and is very supportive. Group sessions and classes included with membership! This was an extra I was not expecting, and I have taken advantage of several. I did not realize (my fault) you get charged by week, not by session, so keep this in mind. Luckily, I found this out after only losing one week. Even so, I recommend BetterHelp to anyone wanting/needing therapy.

It is easy to sign up and find a therapist that fits your needs. BetterHelp makes therapy feel less scary and they do a wonderful job with working with your financial needs.

Love my therapist. Overall a great experience. Once in a while there is technical issues that makes you miss a session. Customer service always makes it good and comps your session or extends your membership.
