As a US expat, professional English speaking therapy is hard to come by in our country. BetterHelp allows our family to access high-level US professionals virtually at an accessible price-point. I was most impressed with their matching process. They matched me with someone whose education, expertise, and approach completely matched my needs, and I thought my needs were fairly narrow and specific (a Christian counselor with experience in trauma). I don't think I could have found a better therapist doing my own search, even in a big US city. I have had numerous therapy experiences in the past, and my BetterHelp experience has been the highest quality experience at the lowest price point. Highly recommended, especially if getting to physical appointments is difficult.

Sherrell has been an absolute wonder! She is re-affirming without being a "propper-upper", she challenges you in ways you don't realize you've been "had" until it's too late! :) We've had easy sessions, we've had "not-so-easy", and, then, the ones where the Klennex are out before the bell "dings". BetterHelp has helped me out so much. I didn't realize how much help that I needed until my marriage was falling apart. My counselor was there through everything. Anytime I was at the end of my rope, I could just send her a message and she would get back to me the next time she was online. I could schedule live chats and we could work on what was going on with me and a plan on how to improve. I don't think that I could have handled or even been healthy enough to deal with everything that I have had to deal with in the last 6 months if it were not for BetterHelp.

BetterHelp is a great tool when you are not feeling like yourself. They have skilled therapists who specialize in the area you are struggling. If you do not connect with a therapist you can switch as many times as you want for free. BetterHelp has truly helped me through my problems and helped me look at everything in a better light.

This was a great service that really tries to understand the clients needs and helps them come up with a plan to get the ideas in motion. Then, checking in with the therapist after to talk about the progress.
