I filled out the survey and was paired with an amazing therapist who is very knowledgeable and listens with intent. She values me and makes me feel like a friend rather than just a client. She responds with love and grace, offering opinions and responses without appearing pushy, and is genuinely helpful. She’s very quick to respond to messages and fit me in literally on the spot for a session when I needed it.

Betterhelp was an excellent platform for me because it allowed me to go at my pace, schedules are flexible and is affordable. The convenience of being able to message and video chat with your therapist is great because of my busy schedule. The feeling of being in control of each session was great. You change therapists if needed. Would highly recommend betterhelp for online therapy.

I'm so glad I signed up to better help! I've been putting off therapy for years for multiple reasons but I finally decided that I was worth it and that the people in my life deserve the healed version of me. I deserve to be happy and only I can do that for myself. I'm so glad I took that step and now I finally have someone I can talk to who is guiding me on my healing journey. I have a lot of commitments so time is an issue for me but better help is so convenient and I get so much out of it. I really like that I can message my therapist whenever I feel the need and the journal feature is amazing too. I try to journal daily and I always use the suggestion titles; I love how it helps me to keep on track and keeps me present with myself. The app can sometimes be a bit slow but I find logging out and back in helps and it doesn't bother me that much. I'd definitely recommend better help to anyone who wants to work on themselves for whatever reason. It's a fraction of the cost of conventional therapy and I personally feel like you get way more out of it.
