I love ther counselor I was pair with from the start, but if you happen to get someone who doesn't jive with you, you can opt to be re-paired at any time. My therapist has made me work on myself without feeling too much pressure which can sometimes make people want to just give up. Take the moment, start the process in the simplest way possible and get the one on one help you need. That everyone needs.

I would, and do recommend Better Help to everyone. I think most people could benefit from speaking to a therapist at some point in their lives, but sometimes cost and accessibility can put them off. Better Help ticks all the boxes for me: video calls, instant messaging, easy to book, friendly & simple to use. And paying a low cost monthly fee via direct debit makes it so efficient. I adore my therapist and highly recommend her.
