My employer contracts with BetterHelp for their EAP. During a recent depression I lost a lot of work days, and they hooked me up with BetterHelp. So grateful. They assessed my preferences, came up with a counselor in two days, I got an appointment the day after that, and and he's just what I needed. There's also groupinars available for free on the site. BetterHelp counselors can't diagnose and aren't covered by insurance, but their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

So easy to get connected and highly qualified provider. Easy to contact between sessions and so so helpful. Wish more people took advantage of this.

Better Help was recommended to me by a friend of mine that is a doctor. I was having a terrible rough time. I didn't have the 3 months that it takes to get lined up with a therapist thru my insurance. Worth every penny!!!!

Good app. Great therapist with excellent availability. Got started through my company's EAP so I don't know how it would be as a paying customer.

BetterHel.com, made it super easy to sign up. Super easy and I think a less than 48 Therapist match up. As well as response from said therapist. The app is easy to use. I like that there are more than one option to choose from. So it is budget $ friendly. Yet even on a budget I have access to my consoler 24/7.. Access to content for self reflection. Private Journal and more. I wish I would have signed up sooner. I think I would be further along in my metal rebuilding.

Better help has amazing customer service. Every issue was addressed quickly and resolved in a favorable manner. The services provided are amazing especially in the current life. I would recommend better help and I have been doing so by sharing the faqs and the name of the therapist I worked with. I believe the flexibility and security of the platform are great selling points of the system.

Using Betterhelp has been a really life-changing experience for me. The therapist I matched with has become such a valued person in my life. I'm grateful for how easy it was to begin therapy for the first time without any of the pressure of having to find a therapist on your own.
