BetterHelp is a great platform. I have told myself for a long time that I need to go to therapy. My health insurance covers it. The Employee Assistance Plan at work covers it. But I never did it. One day, I saw BetterHelp and I thought, might as well try it. And here I am five sessions later. I do not get to meet with my therapist every week because her calendar is very full because she IS THAT GOOD. And support gives me credit for that time. I will keep using BetterHelp because I truly believe that the whole team wants to see me succeed with therapy.

A great place to find someone who can help you through life. Everyone is professional and willing to work with you in whatever way works for you (chat, call, video-chat). The more I use it, the more I realize everyone could benefit from going to therapy and I could not imagine an easier way than BetterHelp.

BetterHelp is really easy to use. They matched me with a really good therapist who was able to begin helping me right away. She put me at ease and made it easy to share what was bothering me. I like the messaging in between sessions and the option to use video or live chat. I recommend this service.

Jessica Van Overloop is just awesome! She's helped me feel comfortable enough to open up when I struggle so much to do so, she's shown me how to think deeper and differently about myself, she doesn't judge you or make you feel unsafe, she provides suggestions and plants seeds for you to explore for yourself without feeling left on your own! I am so grateful I sought help, because she has helped me beyond words! Thank you for giving me courage and showing me self love when I needed it Jessica!!

This app single handedly got 4/5 members of my immediate family to go to therapy. Obviously the one out is my father……..Moms on board though 🤣
