I am on the plan that is billed monthly. You save a lot of money doing it this way. I LOVE that I have various options when meeting my therapist, including the weekend.

I live in south korea and I was looking to get a therapist but since I am living abroad I thought that would be hard, especially in English. So I decided to give it a try with better help. My gosh, I dont regret this decision at all. I started attending group sessions and a live weekly session with my own therapist. I didnt know that I was dealing with anxiety and depression. And when the time was right, I got suggested to get help from a psychiatrist to help me deal my symptoms better. So if you are curious about getting a therapist for a affordable price, just do it because you wont regret it.

Convenient and affordable online therapy. Plus, it’s not just one session per week. There are also group sessions that focus on specific topics like ADHD, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, parenting and much more. There are classes too, but I haven’t tried any of those yet. When you join, you will complete a questionnaire and get paired with a therapist that’s knowledgeable in whatever area you’re struggling with, but if you want to switch focus or if that therapist isn’t a good fit, you can switch without having an awkward conversation. At first, I was matched with someone who really helped me with self-esteem and setting boundaries. After three months, I decided to switch to a different therapist who had more knowledge about ADHD, so I can focus on managing my symptoms.
