I am immensely impressed with this company! I have suffered from poor mental health for many years due to multiple traumas in childhood and as an adult. I have had counselling with many providers but they were all short term and therefore of limited benefit. Long term private counselling was not an affordable option for me. BetterHelp were able to offer discounted services which was more affordable in my current circumstances. I connected with a couple of counsellors before finding a great match with Georgina who is amazing. It is easy to change counsellors if those you select initially are not a good fit. In addition to the weekly 1:1 sessions by video call I can message my counsellor any time and she will get back to me when she is available. I have also benefitted for numerous classes and group sessions which are included. BetterHelp are helping me get my life back!

Your therapy experience is carefully tailored to your needs and if you don't vibe with your therapist they match you with it's very easy to change to a new therapist. And there are so many options of how to do therapy whether you want to text or be on video for your therapy sessions. And they offer a whole wide variety of a bunch of group sessions as well.
