I feel like once I started therapy my life started to change for the better.

I have using Better Help for a few years since my husband passed away suddenly. My initial concern was grief and depression but there have been other issues which the therapist has been helpful with. I like it is a set fee and that I can communicate with my therapist as often as I need. She offers multiple ways to communicate - writing, phone, in person, video. I don't have to wait a week between appointments if a crisis arises. For me, it is a great way to get help.
