BetterHelp offers help for everyone. There is no marketing with other offers and you can tell that it's really all about the support for mental health. Through a very comprehensive questionnaire, the first step was to determine which therapist would be suitable for my needs (e.g. the question whether I wanted a religious therapist because I was brought up with religious beliefs was surprisingly thoughtful for me.) In my personal experience, they really did match me with a therapist that met my needs. But you always have the option to switch your therapist if you want. If you need help or want to go through something you experienced, personally I believe that it is definitely a good choice to invest in mental health.
