Better Help is a great program. Not only can you receive individual counseling but you can schedule multiple group sessions as well. The cost is not bad at all.

Definitely recommend better help for all of your therapy needs. I have only been seeing Melanie for 2 weeks and already feel myself getting my happiness back again. I have gone through so many counselors in the past that couldn't break through. Melanie was definitely my breakthrough, she provides worksheets advice and guides the discussion to help me come to solutions on my own.
