I've used betterhelp a couple of times in the past 2 years and I feel this is probably the best platform out there. Revolutionary in vision - easy to access from anywhere, flexibility in choosing the therapist and reasonable in pricing. It might take a few trials to find a suitable therapist but they let you take your time and adjust the subscription plan accordingly.

Better help is the best therapy I've found. If you can afford it, do it! I highly recommend it for anyone experiencing depression or anxiety. It's an extremely nice tool as you don't have to wait to see your therapist. You can message them and that has been the most helpful.
