Do you spend alot of time talking about your issues to friends and family?......but now you realize you have overused these relationships for therapy and you really need someone to help you dig deeper to see and work on your issues? Clear your head of your past? ...betterhelp is the right place for you!!! don't be afraid to talk to someone.....this is an easy place to start!!! getting an outside perspective is so helpful!!! So you don't have to spend years saying the same things to yourself and never grow.

So far better help has been a great way I can schedule appointments with a therapist. It's flexible and I was matched with somone really good. It's way more convenient than having to leave your house to go to an appointment.

BetterHelp is an excellent resource. I sought the service out after losing my wife to breast cancer in 2019. I was paired with a wonderful counselor with expertise in grief. My sessions have been of enormous benefit to me. Everything is made all the more easier though the excellent BetterHelp app. This is a WONDERFUL app and service! HIGHLY recommended!

BetterHelp is just that. If you need someone to listen to you without any biases or judgement, I recommend BetterHelp. Since the pandemic started while living on my own, loneliness and sadness crept in. I am normally an upbeat person with mostly ups and downs, like most everyone, but by January 2022 I was ready for some help. It's easy to get started - just fill in a basic questionnaire. The online platform is uncomplicated. Besides working with your therapist, there is space for journal entries (BH even sends you daily reminders if you want), and groupinars on a myriad of helpful topics to get you through the morass.

I know some people hate on this type of therapy, thinking of it as being impersonal but it really depends on your therapist, you, and the level of depth needed to get you back on track. For me, this was exactly what I needed to get over some issues causing a lot of blockage. I could see this not being good for someone with more severe mental health issues but for help with depression, anxiety, ptsd, adhd, etc... this service is amazing, low pressure, and helpful. I would highly recommend using this service and the way they match you with a therapist is spot on as well.
