The Betterhelp app is incredibly convenient, easy to use and affordable. They match you with a therapist based on questions they ask you about your preferences. I’ve really enjoyed the help and expertise. My therapist has opened my eyes to so many things I was missing and having trouble seeing in myself. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for help.
