BetterHelp is a great source for therapy. I have had nothing but great experiences. My therapist is extremely caring and offers great outlooks on situations that I am currently going through. I like that there are a variety of ways to communicate that makes me feel most comfortable!

BetterHelp has saved me. I get to have therapy and counseling sessions from the comfort of my own home: face-to-face/video, phone call, or internet sessions. This makes it very convenient, and earth-friendly.

I wish I would have found Better Help a long time ago. I feel like I would have benefited from counseling several years ago but being a working mom, business owner and living in a rural area, my time and resources are limited. I am so thankful for Better Help. It is a wonderful website.

Betterhelp.com is a very good idea and is especially useful for people with busy lives and those who might be shy or have anxiety about meeting a therapist in person. Also covid. I was lucky to be paired with an amazing therapist the first time and I didn't feel any need to change therapists. One limitation of the platform is that you can't send larger text to the therapist for them to read, review and glean more insight into things you forget to mention or can't fully explain during sessions. That should be changed and then it would be near perfect.
