I wasn't sure starting off if therapy via video would be good for my current needs but better health has gotten me in touch with a wonderful therapist that's helping me make huge differences in my life.

It’s my first time to try online therapy tools. BetterHelp is easy to use and very timely to get me back matched therapist. My therapist is Natasha. We had very pleasant sessions and she is very helpful to listen deeply what my problems are and we work together on them.
