Although quite expensive, this app is highly effective. No more waiting for weeks to see your therapist while you're in the depths of despair or anxiety. The availability is almost around the clock, and you have the option to talk to counselors via text, phone call, or live chat. The base rate is reasonable, but since you have to pay per week it can add up quickly. Make sure to claim it if you can. Excellent service.

When you find the right counsler for you it is a very helpful service especially for someone like me who kind of avoided it at first. My counsler took the time and if she hadnt heard from me in a couple days she would check in and if i didnt respond she still continue to check in. Until i would talk it made me feel nice to know they take the time to think about each individual person and to keep up with them and make sure theyre ok. Great place

This is a great alternative if you need mental health services and don't have time to get into an office. It's also was a little more affordable for me because I didn't have insurance at the time. The only thing is, you need to squeeze a 1 hour session into 30 minutes which can cause a little anxiety because you have so much you want to say. I would reccomend to anyone who may need it.

This service has been comforting, and helpful. I like my counselor, and her advice feels like it is tailored to me, and like she has been paying attention to past conversations and experiences. I do not think she is a robot... if she is she must be a really fancy one.

What I love most about BetterHelp is the availability of counseling on a daily basis. Once you are able to connect with a counselor that is perfect for you, the sessions and messaging combination is a life saver. Being able to communicate so freely with your counselor makes all the difference in my well being and my success at getting better at the things I need.

I think BetterHelp is an amazing and modern platform that gives people the opportunity to connect with counsellors in whichever way they feel most comfortable. Whether that be through video conferencing, messaging or teleconferencing. Not only this but with their wide pool of counsellors and therapists available globally (and accredited to boot) it allows people to connect with individuals they may never have the opportunity to connect with otherwise. They also offer it for a reasonable price that is far less expensive than (private) traditional counselling options which is another benefit, as people who may not otherwise be able to afford counselling can access this service.

Betterhelp has been good. Sometimes I have issues with doing video and phone calls. But other than that, very effective, great alternative when traditional counselling and therapy aren't available.
