Each therapist will utilize their individual clinical approaches which may work for some members better than others. To this end, we allow our members to change therapists at anytime and for any reason. Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length, and if a therapist is late, they will often try to accommodate by going a bit longer to make up for that. Hi Peter, We are a membership-based platform, so members are billed on an ongoing basis when each billing cycle expires and the next one begins.
