With the world today even trying to get in to see someone is a pain in the butt or when you need help you have to wait sometimes too long. If by chance you do finally get in its all done on the phone or computer anyways. BetterHelp is awesome I got to read the profiles and see what counselors specializes in and what I was looking for and if you don't click with that person you can switch and find someone that is actually helpful. I look forward to my meetings.

I like better help much better than real life sessions because it streamlines the homework that the therapists gives. It is also much more affordable. Not only are you getting a therapists but group classes too. It also comes with a journal. Highly recommend.

i like having access to a professional when i need it. before going to therapy there was always this feeling of "well im fine today, so what do i talk about?" but now i can bring up concerns when they happen or save them in the journal provided to bring to a session.

I really like this service. So far, what I love most is the messaging therapy sessions. I really benefit from the live text messaging which makes it feel like a real conversation. My therapist is present for the entire hour and really reads my messages too. The app provides other resources as well, including prompts for journal writing, articles, and other forms of support. I can definitely see myself using this for a long time.
