Easy to use and connect with a therapist.

I've had two sessions so far but both have been extremely helpful. Really love my therapist and can do it from the comfort of home. I've been in therapy forever so to be matched with someone who fits at the first try is pretty amazing.

Better Help aided me at one of my lowest moments. I felt like things were coming crashing down on me and I didn't have anyone to talk to. I took a chance and hoped for the best. I met my counselor and from day one she made my anxiety seem much better and gave me excellent tools to both cope and adjust. Couldn't ask for a better tool to help me in my lower moments.
