I think that Better Help has allowed me to access quality therapy in the U.S. that is from outside of the corrupt Canadian system. I was in need of support after 7 family deaths and I was refused mental health services in my own country at both my school and the mental health system due to structural stigma which is an enormous issue within Canada. My new therapist in the U.S. is wonderful at his career and passionate about his work! I am grateful for this opportunity to receive support that is quality, authentic and within my budget. Thank you! :)

Finding a new therapist has always been a daunting task for me. Reach out, fill out the paperwork, go through my entire history, try a few sessions and when it doesn't click...start all over again. Betterhelp CHANGED THE GAME! I matched with a therapist and we immediately clicked. The process was so quick and easy and took all the stress out of finding good help-which is so important because when you need help, you don't need a bunch of hurdles to get it. If I didn't like the therapist I matched with...I could just request a new match. Thank you Betterhelp!!!!! I value what you're doing. Another thing I would like to highlight is that the chat is available 24/7. I have never experienced this before. It was so validating as a human to have someone that is helping you heal available to text with or video chat with. It made the experience feel more "human" and less clinical.

Better Help is a great website with easily accessible portals and secure logins. The app connected me with someone within 12 hours, and has on-site functionality to make communicating your way easy.

BetterHelp is an awesome platform for getting the therapy you need with convenience. I love that I can schedule on my own, be anywhere for my session, and know that my therapist is only a message away.

BetterHelp is, as the name suggests, better. As someone who's been struggling with mental health for years and who's been let down by the long waiting lists and the relatively unexperienced free services available to me in my country, I know how valuable BetterHelp is. I'm also someone in a relatively low income and this service is much cheaper and better than most available private psychiatrists/psychologists. 5/5 in my opinion. Worth every penny. Even manage to sort out server-side issues quickly! AWESOME. Main Drawback is the inability to get formal assessments and diagnosis through this service, but as a complementary service to an assessment and/or diagnosis this is by far the best service I know of.

Betterhelp works with my schedule and gives me lots of options. I love that my therapist can send me homework and receive it back from me instantaneously. I love that I do not have to wait for my scheduled session if I am having a problem. I can text my therapist at anytime and I can join a group of like-minded individuals once a week for a group session. Just knowing that there are other people out there experiencing similar issues as me has been so helpful already. My therapist has given me useful advice and homework to help me learn to think through and work out issues for myself.

I recently decided that my brsin needed some help. I found betterhelp on FB and had my first appt with Roland M. A few days later. We had a session while I was getting my daughter ready for school but it was a good start and the 2nd session when helped me unwind some tangled up brain threads. We text he sends me assignments and info. I'm a nearly 39 recovered addict with a baby. soon to be married but still full of some nasty emotions from my past. I want to clean them out before I take on the adventure of marriage. My therapist is helping me clean house. I am still new at this so lots of work to do. Best part is if I have a bad day I can vent to that poor guy and he can help explain how to reframe my negative thoughts so I don't take it out on my loved ones. Thx Roland and betterhelp
