There is financial aid built into this program!!! I did not know that at first, but you CAN apply for financial aid and it can make a huge difference! The quality of care on betterhelp is phenomenal, and it has never been easier for me to make time for and schedule therapy. These two things combined make for one of the most effective sources of mental health care out there. I have used the app for a few sessions now and I can feel the difference. They were able to match me with a therapist that works well. The app has been easy to use and I can’t say enough about all the options they give you for support. The affordability has been also key. I didn’t want to feel like I couldn’t get help all because I courting afford it. Great service!

Betterhelp is so easy to navigate and offers many avenues for getting help. You can text, voice call and/or video chat with your therapist. Marie Pierre-Canel is a great listener and shows she really cares.

I am really happy with BetterHelp all in all. I had done therapy previously in person and I really thought that was the way it needed to be done...but life changes and things happen and here I was needing help; living very far away from basically everything AND very very busy! Better Help was offered through my employers EAP as an option and I thought OK...why not. I'm so happy I did. I was connected with a counselor who has been very helpful. Offering me worksheets and conversations (virtually!) that I can fit in my schedule as I am able and being that trained ear. I highly recommend it's program to all.

I need to be advised how to deal with the relationship with my parents. It was falling a part. I got matched with a therapist within the 24h of subscription. She was a mature woman and it felt like I was advised by a equivalent of a master Yoda. I really like this app. Normally, you go to a session and need to wait and keep all your thoughts and questions until the next session. With this app you can send out on a daily if needed. I really appreciate that is I wanted I have access to my therapist in between sessions. I took advantage of it and I felt like my process in healing was faster. It is not cheap but if mental health is a priority this price point is very acceptable. Long live Better Help.

Betterhelp is online but it's better than face to face. So flexible and accommodating that I cannot see the difference between a presential session and a message, a video or a call session. I feel like support is always at the tap of a keyboard. Superb service, can't recommend it enough! It's helping me through some very troubled times without any kind of judgment, only support to get on my own two feet.
