BetterHelp has been an absolute blessing in my life. I have been in therapy for over 10 years, and before BetterHelp, I always worked with therapist that were within my insurance network. The trial and error process of finding the right therapist for me over the years has been so tiring, that I almost gave up on therapy all together. Thankfully, I took one last chance with BetterHelp and I could not be more grateful that I did. The process to start was so simple, and I truly believe they matched me to the most perfect therapist for me. The fact that it is also super convenient, and I am able to communicate with my therapist between our sessions through the messaging and journaling tab is also a huge bonus. Everything about BetterHelp makes me feel supported and valued, and you simply can't put a price on that. I feel as if my prayers have finally been answered. Thank you for everything BetterHelp <3

Better Help is a great service for anyone who is experiencing a period of difficulty in their life. It helped me to reach greater sense of clarity and trust within myself. It was a completely non judgmental platform. I always felt listened too, understood and unconditionally accepted as I am. I would recommend this service for anyone considering seeking help or just needing a non judgmental space to be heard. This was my first time speaking to anyone about things. I was very scared to begin the process but I'm so glad that I did.

I had such a great experience with better help. Having access to my therapist in many different outlets such as video call, messaging, writing journals, and emergency phone number. Having all of those things made me feel better knowing I can talk to her in many different ways. I never felt judged, and I always felt comfortable using the site whether it was on my phone or on my computer.

Counselling on BetterHelp has been the best experience of therapy I've ever had. Once I filled in the questionnaire, a therapist was assigned and it is a perfect match. I get to choose times that suit my work schedule and can do it from the comfort of my home (a bonus in bad weather or after a long day at work)

Better help is awesome . I did therapy expecting some help but I was blown away and very impressed by how they help and what they offer being online only . The sessions were great , and I could message my therapist anytime and she responded in timely manner . The Groupinars are awesome and very informative. Highly recommend if you don't have an in person one you love .

My therapist at BetterHelp is kind, funny, understanding, and so easy to talk to. I never feel judged or rushed, and she is very knowledgeable and encourages me to grow and work through challenges at my own speed.
