I love this platform; the flexibility and the plethora of counselors with different backgrounds to choose from. Customer service is also excellent. The only reason I didn't put five stars is because I had a technical difficulty with a session early on. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend and probably will use in the future.

So far a good platform for counseling. Although took me 3 counselor change due to time conflict as I am in Asia and lack of response from previous ones. The one I have now is much more responsive, have a lot of available time for me. She has better understanding of what I am going through. I also think 30 minds is not enough per scheduled counsing. I have a lot of things to ask.

Very pleased with the counselor that I got. Very professional and with a lot of predisposition to help. I ended up having a great experience from something I didn't have much faith on. The platform could have a few upgrades to make the user experience better, but didn't had a negative impact.

Betterhelp has been such an aid in a time of need. It took me a few tries but I found a great counselor. The technology of the system is actually really impressive and makes it easy to switch if your counselor isn't initially a fit. And the affordability is great too.

AMAZING but $$ This is truly an amazing platform, but is still not very accessible for people who may be low-income. I happened to have the spare $200 for this month, but it is not sustainable to continue. Other than that, it is truly great.

Initially I was dissatisfied with the service due to the counsellor I was matched with - slow, not very helpful and did not pay much attention. However since being matched with a new counsellor, I must say I am very pleased with the results. I received so much insight into my feelings, she helped me process my trauma and answers all my questions in a way that makes me not only think for myself, but also allows me to view things from a more positive outlook. And I was also able to qualify for the financial aid they offer so that really helped in terms of not burning a huge hole in my pockets.

BetterHelp is a great resource for anyone walking through a difficult time of life. The system matched me up to a great counselor based on my preferences. The webinars are also beneficial as they cover many different topics and create a sense of community. The only difficult thing about the app is the cost.
