Hi DN, We're sorry if you had any issues booking regular timeslots with your therapist! That may be why our Member Success team has offered to help you change to another therapist with more open availability for these sessions. If that's not what you want, though, we can provide extensions (or credits) on your membership to allow you time to "make up" for sessions that you had planned on having, but didn't get to have. These are provided upon request. Refunds can be provided, but typically only if you're looking to cancel the service. We do have an abundance of members who find success utilizing the different clinical approaches offered on our platform, including talk therapy, but if a therapist gives the opposite impression we are always happy to help find another match.
