I have been looking for a therapist / counsellor for quite some time now as I have had 4 that I just didn't 'jive' with. I found this website and was immediately contacted and synced with Bela so I took a try. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He is compassionate, non-judgemental (but holds you to your actions, which I love), LISTENS and remembers, gives feedback, reframes situations and makes impactful 'ah ha' moments. After four sessions I feel like I have made really good progress and will continue seeing him!
