Well designed and functioning counselling platform that allows a wide selection of professionals to chose from. The reason I chose BetterHelp other others was they ensure the qualifications of the professionals are verified. Many competitors chose to only occasionally spot check credentials as the means to ensure the therapists actually hold valid training and qualifications they may claim to have, or worst recommend you should personally check the authenticity of the therapist you end up talking with, all located in the small print.

It's a very very solid online service. It behaves well and, of course, has a wide range of therapists available. I feel safe using it and think it does a good job of keeping users informed of appointments, info etc. it could be improved with: - More emojis ... like A LOT more emojis. I think it's kind of odd how few it has. - The ability to hide my camera altogether on the laptop website... :/ I don't always wanna see my own face.

Which was perfect for my life . Thank you better help.

BetterHelp allowed me to get to know myself, to understand and love myself more by getting counseling. It's also an educating application because I got to join several group seminars that can either help me cope or just to learn things about mental health and more.

I think that if you're feeling down and you want to open up about it this is a solid way to do so. It's easy to use and I was paired with a counselor I really like. Would be cool to be able to link it to government provided health insurances or health care providers in general. That said, I think an investment in your mental health is a good one.

Albeit a bit expensive, I have liked and trusted my counselor and her availability. Be sure to connect early with your counselor so that you don't waste time with the wrong one. It is a good service.

Pleased with the sevice so far and the counselor I have is awesome!! I need to check with them re billing as however as i paid for 4 weeksand wevdidnt really start right away do I'm hoping we can adjust that.
