Convenient access to therapy at a reasonable price. I've used BetterHelp for over a year and made a lot of progress on myself since then.

The therapist's always replies back in a decent amount of time. Ask question to better understand and/or tell you to talk and when you done, they gave advice. Never judging only trying to help, you through best they can.

I started BetterHelp in June 2022. I was initially a bit sceptical about using it after reading a lot of reviews online but at the time I felt desperate enough to give it a go. Since my first session, I feel like I've progressed a lot thanks to my therapist. Aside from that, I love that I can easily switch appointment dates if needed. Both the app and the website are easy to use.

I love that Betterhelp matches me with a therapist that works for me instead of trying to find someone in my area. I get to skip that long process. The therapist I was matched with gave me some great tools that I needed. I am already scheduled for my 2nd session.

Starting therapy has been life changing and this has only been two sessions in. I was previously sceptical to therapy and not understanding how useful and insightful it could be. My therapist is caring and understanding. In a short amount of time, she's been able to understand my background and the situations I've been in. It makes such a difference talking to a licensed therapist than to only friends and family. My therapist is able to give me an insight into my life that those closed to me can't.
