I have enjoyed my experience with BetterHelp. My therapist is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She has provided me with great tools to help my situation. I am able to conveniently have sessions via zoom in the comfort of my own home. I also like that I can communicate with my therapist outside of sessions. She has also provided me with helpful worksheets and goals to work on. I would highly recommend BetterHelp

Was quickly matched to a very experienced, kind and empathic therapist who was qualified in helping my specific needs. Unlimited messaging, journaling in between sessions is so helpful. I feel fully supported throughout the week in between sessions. I've had therapy before, face to face, and this is even better on-line. You dont have to leave your home, but you still build a great relationship with your therapist! Highly recommend!

BetterHelp has actually been more helpful than I expected it to be. I agreed to try it because my daughter was pushing me to go to therapy and I couldn't find anyone close to me that I liked. My therapist at BetterHelp is very compassionate and interested in my problems and my life. She has gone over our time if we were in the middle of something important and she checks in with me during the week. I can set my own schedule with her each week and don't have to dress up if I choose messaging. It is a great way to relax during therapy!

BetterHelp has been a great experience overall. User-friendly, great resources, and great therapists. I travel a lot and had great difficulty finding a therapist who could still do sessions with me when I wasn't "in state" and BetterHelp has genuinely solved all my problems on that front. I do pay out of pocket for it but it's about half of what other therapists charge to insurance, and the co-pay actually came out to the same out of pocket expense before my deductible was met. Would definitely recommend at least looking into it if you're thinking about it or have heard ads and are curious.

My experience has been great due in large part to the availability of video sessions. As a very busy person being able to do sessions while traveling for work or when I'm unable to access a computer is extraordinary. I enjoy my therapist being able to message me through the app and getting notifications. The app is very user friendly.
