At times where there are misgiving on either end. There is always a way to meet in the middle for the goal of progress. Of which life is hectic and imperfect and that is one of the best aspects of seeking help for mental health. Its not a vow, its takes a little everyday. And it gets dirty and messy but engaging are always the best steps forward and onward.
