Fast responses and i was paired with a Therapist that was best for me

Before I made the decision to go to betterhelp, I constantly asked myself “What is wrong with me?”. I was always so angry, anxious and foggy. I didn’t understand why I was feeling so unstable. With the help from my therapist I’ve been able to get clearer prospective on my current situation. They have given me the tools I needed to get out of the dark place I was in. I plan to continue therapy, and hopefully get to a place where I tell myself “I know myself”, “I know my triggers” and “there’s nothing wrong with me”. Until then, I know betterhelp isn’t going anywhere. In a life full of chaos, betterhelp can be your stability. Thank you all for everything!

The therapist is prompt and an active listener. She gave valid feedback and is helping me work through Hurricane Ian stress/trauma that I am overwhelmed with. I appreciate the opportunity to get help.

My Betterhelp therapist(s) have helped me get through so much and I would highly recommend utilizing this form of therapy. The customer service is stellar, and I have never had an issue with payment or spam. It is so convenient for somebody who is disabled or unable to get out of the house because depression or anxiety; you can have sessions right in your bed when you're in your robe if you need to. It helped quite a lot during the pandemic, and continues to help me with every way I use it. I am so grateful for my therapist, and for Betterhelp!

Excellent app for therapy, and the monthly price is totally worth it. I’ve been to other counselors in-person in the past, and often couldn’t get matched with someone who had similar goals or values as I do. With BetterHelp you are able to get matched with therapists in your state who you may not normally be able to access due to location or insurance. This app has connected me with amazing people and amazing services to broaden my perspectives and overall learn to better navigate life’s challenges. Highly recommend.
