Christian therapy with excellent psychological care. Therapist is always ontime, and works in a delightful way with a great sense of humor. An enormous ability to combine the psychological, spiritual and practical. The groups, worksheets and goals are another plus for added help in the journey as people choose what is best for them.

I wouldn’t expect to get therapy this easily .. i always thought I had to go broke for someone to hear me out but no BetterHelp has a team of experts willing to help at a super reasonable price. I’m so happy I found BetterHelp

Better help made the search for a therapist easy. I was apprehensive because I didn't know where to start. I usually sit in my car for my video sessions and that's convenient for me. In my original search I liked that each therapist had information about themselves so that I could consider if they would be good for me. Better help makes it easy to switch therapist if it's not working. I love the reminder texts and emails before a session. Cancelling because of a scheduling conflict is easy. I love that I can communicate with my therapist via messaging anytime I may have concerns. The extra classes and group sessions have been a bonus I didn't expect. I've been able to find more information to help myself by attending these classes and then review them with my therapist. For most classes if I miss a session, better help gives you access to rewatch them for 7 days. As a busy mom that's been tremendously helpful.

I really appreciate betterhelp, I had tried to go through therapy via my health insurance and they were only able to get me one appointment a month. When you’re experiencing so much going on in life- one hour a month to try and cram in a multitude of issues that you need help sorting through is impossible. It wasn’t helpful, there was no journal. There was no after hours support there was no personalization. And if you got sick, had an emergency or had to miss your appointment. It could be another month before you got another one because they wouldn’t even schedule you more than one appointment. It wasn’t real care.. BetterHelp gave me access to real support. Support that that’s always there. I’m able to have multiple appointments a week when needed I’m able to keep my journal which helps with my therapy, I chose to share my journal with my therapist, but you can keep it private, My therapist has truly demonstrated her skills by not only getting to know me, but by supporting my decisions and helping me to understand why I do the things I do. Please help me to learn about validation and reassurance, and about not settling for anything less than what I need. Also so much more that I can’t go into because of how complicated it is, but thankfully my therapist through this app really made it not feel as complicated. They really helped me feel like my life has become manageable again and my happiness is something that I can achieve and deserve.

Better Help were great. You can cancel with Therapists any time you think that they are not a good fit. Then they will help you if you want them to to find another one. I really got a lot out of the Videos. I found out a lot about me with COPD. I Would still know nothing if I had not watched videos. They opened my eyes as I was told I had COPD but no one explained what that meant. So now I have found out that all the traits I have are from Trauma. I just thought that I was a replica of my abusive family. But now I do understand what has made me ME. Not that I like it but at least now I finally have answers to my questions, that I didn’t know that I really had.

I want to thank my therapist for her endless guidance, support, listening, and dedication. During the most difficult time of my life, I received help from her that changed my life. Our meetings take place once a week, but her words accompany me every day and every moment. I am in the process of healing, growing, and developing - and I have no doubt that it is thanks to my therapist.

Love this app for therapy. You get to find a therapist that best fits your needs. That means start with one that sounds good on paper but then if the sessions isn’t what you want your able to try another one free of charge until you find your match. They offer a variety of ways to reach your therapist video, phone, or chat.
