BetterHelp has provided me with a really great therapist and a safe online space for me to work through my issues with her. I use their live chat for my live sessions with my therapist each week. I do always have the option to switch to video calls or phone calls, but for me right now the live chat is the best option. My first therapist on BetterHelp was not a good fit for me (the kind of therapy she was offering just wasn't what I was looking for) and it was very easy for me to change therapists when I needed to. I've been seeing my second therapist for over 4 months now and I feel like I'm making progress. I would definitely recommend BetterHelp to anyone who is looking for professional therapy.
