My therapist was very helpful and understanding. The app is very user friendly. At this time it is a bit expensive for me but I know it's less so than anywhere I would go in person.

Best app. They paired me with greatest therapist on my first try. My mental state is worth every single penny. I can video chat, text or call my therapist. It's been a great 4 months.
