I have seen alot of therapists in my time and my current therapist I found via BetterHelp is by far the BEST therapist I've ever had. I cannot praise him enough and I am eternally grateful for having found him. I've recommend BetterHelp to several people and all have raved about the therapist they too have found. You just have to take your time when looking for the right match for you. I 'interviewed" several therapists until I found the right one for me.

BetterHelp has been the best way for me to have access to therapy. For a long time, I've struggled to find a therapist locally and I had thousands of excuses for why I wasn't getting help. BetterHelp is accessible: it's not as expensive as the local in person alternatives, it is available where I am, I save a lot of time not having to attend the session in person and it is flexible. It gave me the confidence that I would be able to change therapist if I didn't find the right person. This is really critical for the success of therapy and BetterHelp allows you to change therapist, no questions asked! I can't believe all those hours of anxious hesitation before I finally signed up.

BetterHelp has the option to gift therapy! I'd never had therapy before and the idea of making that first step was always so daunting. I also had been struggling financially recently and wasn't going to be able to afford therapy any time soon. Something traumatic happened and after telling a friend, they offered to sponsor me for three months! I didn't know was possible, but it has been a tremendous help. Everything is confidential so my friend does nothing more than pay for the service. BetterHelp also did a great job of matching me to my therapist, who I mesh so well with.

Since joining BetterHekp around April or May I've had 2 therapists (one went back to in person, totally fine.) And both have been awesome. The first therapist I had was very helpful in helping me navigate issues I was dealing with in that immediate time. My second therapist and I got matched about a month before my mom passed suddenly and unexpectedly. She's also been absolutely amazing and has given me information and all sorts of help for things that I've needed. Honestly I'm so happy I joined BetteHelp. I like having the options of voice call, text, or video chat. It makes everything so much easier for me because I don't even have to leave my house, which is important for me because my schedule is so busy. I've definitely been recommending it to others.

I was dealing with a tough time and felt traumatized. What were most helpful were the amazing and professional therapist that I was matched with and also the timeliness of the help I was able to receive. I was in the middle of trauma. I couldn’t wait 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment with a therapist in my community. BetterHelp matched me with a therapist right away. I started my sessions and was able mitigate the results of my anxiety and trauma by working on my issues almost immediately.

I feel very comfortable with the therapy I am receiving at BetterHelp. I have another therapist helping with a major problem and a child. I have betterhelp to be my therapist. Sometimes, I need someone to listen and be there for me. I also would like to mention the ease of appts and communication with the therapist is just excellent. I really appreciate the their setup, just well thought out.
