Wow this is the best of therapy in one package helped me alot

Very convenient and efficient service for obtaining information and therapy sessions. My therapist is excellent, personable and professional. They match you with a therapist to fit your needs and wants. They offer live information sessions on a variety of subjects for the betterment of your mental health. Anytime I’ve had a question or change needed to my account the customer service folks answer in a quick and timely matter. I would recommend these services to others!

the app is very user friendly, though id like to be able to see the profile picture i set for myself and maybe better mobile to browser account integration. the timely manner things are done and the overall flexibility of betterhelp is one of my favourite aspects of it. insurance complaints aside, the way my payment issues were resolved also impressed me though. overall betterhelp has room to improve on small things but otherwise its brilliant and helpful!

Betterhelp has been great. I saw ads about it on social media. I wasn’t sure at first but once i got started it was great. You fill out a questionnaire listing what your issues are your past and then they match you with someone who is trained for dealing with your specific problems. The platform is great because you can journal and message your therapist anytime you want and they will respond and help you out. Ive been able to open up about things that i never did before. For me its a game changer. I love it and it really helps. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The way she taught me how to protect myself and the sheets of the different therapy themes has helped me.

The counselors are more responsive than Talkspace but where this really shines is the groups.
