The ease of getting started is so helpful during a tube when you're struggling; even to get started again after a period away from Better Help was incredibly easy. I was very fortunate to click with my therapist right away, however, there is an option to change therapists at any point. I am very grateful for Better Help as I was able to get help quickly and stay connected with weekly sessions and an ongoing message thread with my therapist. I recommend Better Help if you do not have insurance or if your insurance is not getting you the help you need.

I have had 2 therapy sessions with two different therapists outside of betterhelp that were no help in the last 7 yrs. I knew I needed therapy but at this point was discouraged about therapy and wasting my time. My best friend told me about betterhelp and how much it was helping her and her daughter so I decided to give it a try. I love that they have financial assistance if needed and I love that I can do a video chat from the comfort and convenience of my home. My therapist is wise and easy to talk to. She listens and has even reached out to check on me throughout the weeks in between my visit with her. I must say, at this point I think I've found a type of therapy that works for me. Thank you for doing what you do, Betterhelp!

I've loved this system of therapy. I have a stressful day to day life and spending the time to search for a therapist wasn't going to happen. Using Better Help, I was able to quickly run thru a quiz that matched me with therapists. I then was able to read their reviews, and specialties. I matched with one that I thought would work, but then I realized she didn't do calls and I was able to quickly switch. I love the therapist I'm working with now.

Better Help offers easy and flexible scheduling, the option to message with your therapist anytime, easy and useful self-assessments/checklists. My therapist Diavet has been so helpful and encouraging and such a good match for my personal needs/goals. I also really really appreciate having the option for a maintenance plan; meeting once a month has been the perfect fit for me and I love having the opportunity to message my therapist between sessions.

I had a great time just sort of “venting” a little bit but overall, the process and the quality of the platform is really great. And easy to use.

The experience with my therapist has given me exercises and different ways of thinking. She has helped me with confidence and putting things into perspective. I can't say enough about her. Thank you so much!!!

BetterHelp is there to help in more ways than just a session with a counselor. You get a great therapist and options for groupinars in person or online after they happen. I have gotten much out of my time with BetterHelp and I recommend this to all my family and friends.
