This company has gone above and beyond to get me to the right therapist - as the good Lord would see fit, I received a man that has been doing therapy for 30 years and specializes in Psychology. He's nothing short of a super star and for the two weeks I've been at this so far, he's opened my eyes, heart, and soul for a careful study of Trauma and it's attributes to my life! Even my closes friends have noticed a difference! It's truly liberating to know that there are people (and a service) out there that's not just here to "make a living". I am an Indie Filmmaker and Writer - an artist. And even with what I've learned about myself in the last two weeks of therapy has assisted with my thinking, processing, and vocabulary! This site and service is changing my life! I am becoming more powerful by the day! The fact that my therapist answers EVERY journal entry, and EVERY message, its leaps and bounds above what you get when you have to wait week to week with another therapist! I truly don't EVER feel like I am alone! And I have used this empowerment to not only create but to also heal relationships that have been damaged - on approval of my therapist, I developed an 11 week program that'll carefully study EVERYTHING in my life from being a father, son, sibling, creative, lover, friend, and Christian! And this is something that would've NEVER happened without BetterHelp! I am truly excited to continue to dive down this rabbit hole with the best source for a rope in this service and my GENIUS therapist! BetterHelp is the top of its class, and you're making a serious mistake if you don't at least consider them!

I am always looking forward for every session. I am an introvert and I get very shy when I meet or talk to a stranger, but Better Help didn’t made me feel that way. Not only did it added confidence in me but it I also felt like I had a friend who listens very well and understood me without judgment.

I signed up for Better Help for my first experience speaking with a therapist. I matched with David Sprouse and he has been very helpful and kind. He asks me questions without making me feel like I am being judged and he has a broad range of knowledge in this field. He also does not push you to book with him, so if you decide he is not a good fit for you then you can match with another therapist to find the right fit, and the interface makes it easy to do so.

Very positive experience

I had put off getting help for years. I wasn’t sure if counseling/therapy was right for me, but it was one of the best decisions I have made thus far. My counselor (Consuela) was a great listener, very understanding, relate-able and recommended tools relevant to my situation. I highly recommend her and counseling for anyone struggling through life’s difficult stages.

I love the setup of this Personal Help outlet, and I really appreciate the convenience it offers for being able to find someone to "talk to", I will say it feels a lot more like paying someone for their time to pretend to be your friend than it does feel like true therapy, but still a very good, very professional service that is being offered. I would recommend trying Better Help to anyone who might need someone to talk to.
