The ability to message and do homework all online is such a huge time saver and relief especially when I already felt overwhelmed! I absolutely love BetterHelp! You get so much help that is available in many different formats, weekly one to one with your therapist, weekly group meeting with so many different options to choose from, as well as the many classes offered that are recorded so if you can't make it to the class you can still watch as many as you'd like. I didn't think I would like online therapy because I thought it wouldn't be personal enough. I was so wrong. BetterHelp has been such a lifesaver for me. My one to one therapist has been so honest with me and nudged just enough to help me see things clearly. He also knew when when to be gentle. I can't think of anything negative to say. BetterHelp has made all of this so affordable and I am so very grateful to them.
