Good therapy platform because you can access it anytime. There are often many options for when you can get help. Also there are a variety of options for how to interact with therapists and do some things on your own. The convenience is wonderful!

I've found BetterHelp to be extremely helpful and accessible. I had never gone to therapy before and honestly the thought of trying to find a therapist that my insurance would cover, going into an actual office, etc. made my anxiety worse. BetterHelp really mitigated that & also matched me really really well with a therapist that works for my needs. If you're on the fence about trying therapy or feeling a little scared to take the leap - this is your sign - do it!!

Better help is such a good platform that has helped me especially during a time when so many people need therapy and not a lot of places have been accessible for that. I like that I'm able to choose a therapist, switching when I need to until I find the one that's a good match. I also absolutely love that I'm able to talk everyday through text message. The only drawback is that for me the price became too expensive in my current situation. But what's nice is that they do have discounts that may be able to be more affordable. I would recommend to a friend

Betterhelp is a place in this day and age where technology has brought us apart, it utilizes technology helping to being us back together. The start up process is a little off putting with all the questions and it can raise some emotions high. But the questions are there to guide you to the right therapist to help better you.

I got what I wanted and needed. Help when I was in a bad place. And now in a good place again. The first therapist did not fit me at all. I had two live sessions and came to the conclusion that she was a waste of time. So I changed therapists and the second one was really great! He helped me sort my thoughts and feelings and I quickly got my situation sorted out. I recommend BetterHelp. But don't be afraid to change the therapist, if it is not working between the two of you.

I signed up for BetterHelp during the Ariana Grande special and I am still in my free month. I really like the way that I can talk to my therapist throughout the week and the fact that the person that I speak with has been selected for me based on my belief system and personal preferences. Although it has only been a few sessions, I am already noticing a difference in my thought processes and stress management. I gave four stars instead of five because although they offer a small discount for those who are not as well-off, they do not take insurance.
