It has been the easiest and most convenient therapy process Ive been apart of.

My experience with better help has helped me really balance my life in the right direction. The representatives and staff that work on the clock for helping a hand out to those struggling, can be showed here in a variety of ways. Never once did I feel like I was being ignored, judged, persuaded wrongly, or even treated less by my therapists. They stuck to being real with their work every minute. My importance of going through was this, was to not be fearful of work ahead. Every session was just mostly relaxed while still going over the topics clearly so that my therapist could understand me more. Luckily, this app delivered that with the “get to know you better” intro they have. Great system for getting people a therapist that’s right for them.

i started therapy when covid hit and my anxiety was at an all time high. here were are a few years later and i’m in such a better place mentally. i still have ups and downs like everyone else and at times i’ve felt my progress stagnated. but my anxiety is manageable now. i’m sober. i’ve learned so many coping skills. and honestly it’s just so nice to have someone who’s always in your corner. my betterhelp therapist is the best one i’ve ever had. i’m studying to be a therapist myself and i definitely recommend betterhelp especially if you’re struggling with depression and it’s hard for you to get out and do things (like seeing a therapist in person). i also love that they offer a financial discount that was really helpful in tough times so i didn’t have to quit therapy. though there were times that i couldn’t afford it even with the discount. my only complaint would be that i wished they provided free services for people who meet medicaid requirements, or accepted insurance in general

I was able to browse through therapists and choose one that felt like a good match. Right when our first session began, I felt comfortable and free to talk about what I was struggling with. Better help is a great resource for affordable therapy!
