The fact that I didn't have to go in person an how easy it was to communicate with my therapist it was truly a blessing so thankful for this app

BetterHelp definitely delivers! It is quick and easy to enroll, and they efficiently match you to an appropriate therapist and get patients the help they need quickly! It takes weeks to schedule an in-person therapy appointment. The BetterHelp app allows you to continuously interact with your therapist outside of scheduled sessions, allowing patients to make progress much faster than traditional in-person visits. Definitely the highest value for the cost that I have seen!

I got to a stage in my life where I decided I need help. BetterHelp just popped up on a social media ad for me and the app makes it so easy to tailor everything according to what I need. If anyone needs help, please... Do not be afraid to ask for it. It's ok not to be ok!

Kerry is a godsent! When I came to carry I have relationship issues, trust issues, and emotional issues i needed to address. I have been hurt and let down in different relationships in my life and could feel my mental health deteriorating as a young man with nobody to turn and talk too. I felt like given my lifestyle and upbringing i didn’t really have that person I could communicate openly with. Kerry has been patient, supportive, and aided me to realizing things about myself and my situation.
