BetterHelp is a great platform for improving your mental health. They have a quick survey at the beginning so they match you with the right therapist based on your goals and the issues you're facing. That's just great, because it's not easy to find the right person on your own, that can listen and advise you and help with your issues. Therapists will have weekly sessions with you, either via chat or audio or video call. For me it's hard to find a good therapist in my country and anyway I prefer having remote sessions, so online therapy is a great solution. I prefer the chat, so that's great for me. A session is around 50 minutes long. My therapist asked me what would I like to talk about, listened to my issues and encouraged me. I received some exercises in order to lower my anxiety levels and I can say it's pretty helpful. Completing the journal with their recommended phrases in the mobile app is also a good way to take some things off your chest. The mobile app requires login using a pin, which is a good way to protect your personal conversations with the therapist as well as the journal entries. I used a discount code from Ryan George, there are several people on YouTube that they sponsor and will have promo codes for around 10% off. Also, I liked it that I could pay using Paypal. To sum up, I love the platform, the mobile app has some nice features and the therapist is great. Would definitely recommend.

BetterHelp is the "new" and easy way to talk to a therapist. You don't have to leave your house and drive somewhere, sit in the waiting room, talk for 40-50 minutes, drive back home. Making that whole process about 2 hours. Now it takes 40-50 minutes total. In addition, it doesn't take weeks to get an appointment. You are getting high quality therapist that has given me lots of useful tips and encouragement.

My therapist was informed, patient, and professional. They gave me the help I needed when and while I need it, and these are times when such things are truly priceless. Betterhelp helped me think better of myself, and the website and mobile app functioned extremally well. If you broke a bone you would get treatment or risk impairment right? Don't ignore your mind.

I've only been using the app for a couple of months now but I absolutely love it! It takes all of the stress out of finding yourself help. It's so nice that I can just roll out of bed on days that I have low energy and have a simple phone conversation rather than stressing about physically getting ready and having to drive somewhere for therapy. I adore my therapist but it's also nice to know that if I feel like we aren't compatible anymore it's an easy adjustment to find another therapist rather than having to do more leg work and starting over with somebody new.

Because of the therapist I'm with he has made me believe there are people out there wanting to help. I got my first therapist and she was very mean and judgment. With this new therapist he actually wants to know about me and help me.
